The blood red EP Alfa Romeo passes on a Flying Lap as the 7 car sits on grid.

These three cars made up E Production that weekend.....the Germans were outgunned by the Italian from the start. The 31 car set a new EP class record on Sunday.

Team Bergsteiger mustered 2nd place hardware, with drafting help from two DSR pilots.

Props to the Alfa Romeo from Team Bergsteiger, cheers mate!

A lot of hard braking on the Jefferson Circuit, as evidenced by the Fuchs.

The sprint format is a lot of fun, 3 Flying Laps and a half lap warm up and cool down. The  Jefferson Circuit is pretty nice, with elevation changes and some off-camber turns. Run counterclockwise (like this), the turns are generally increasing radius - run the other way they decrease. BMR SCCA did a great job with timing and scoring.
